Leadership Consultant & Coach

The Leadership Factory is expanding! Due to increased demand in the number and scale of the solutions we deliver to our current and new clients, we are looking to enhance our Stirling-based team of Leadership and OD consultants with the recruitment of a Leadership Consultant & Coach.

We work with leaders in large and small companies across the UK and beyond to drive change and build cultures.

In a nutshell, we really want to hear from those of you experienced and energised by a leadership development session one day and working on top team development the next. We appreciate that your experience may have developed through several pathways. Whether you are an experienced consultant, have developed your consultancy skills in larger organisations or have been a line manager who has led successful organisational transformation, get in touch!



Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone with the following attributes and experience:

  • Must have experience of working at top team level.
  • Previous experience of designing and delivering leadership development is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience of deploying learning through both content facilitation alongside a more fluid, team coaching approach.
  • Accreditation, knowledge or experience of key psychometric instruments, preferably one/some amongst Insights, DISC, MBTi, Belbin or any EI or Strengths measurement tool.
  • Experience of design and/or leading Organisational Development and Change programmes.
  • Developed and experienced executive level coach (ideally with or working towards coaching accreditation).
  • Commitment to continuous development of self and others.
  • Experience of business & client development, including establishing partnership working.
  • Ability to write high quality proposals and win work.
  • Able to travel across UK and beyond (driving licence essential due to client locations).
