A child – to understand how they see things and how they think and to experience being in the moment for more of the time

It costs you nothing to be nice to others

A painting that has a lot of memories for me, photos, mobile phone to call for help

Metaphorically, those who inflict pain and injustice on others who are less able to cope and respond

The 25 hour day where the additional hour has to be spent on doing something you love doing but never have enough time for

Trying to please everyone
