Management for Growth

Our longest running product and one that has been delivered to over 500 people managers. Not bad for a programme that was conceived as a one-off! We’ve used the feedback from every one of these managers to ensure that Management for Growth remains credible, current and of genuine practical value. A full programme consists of:

Psychometrics

Often compared to looking at yourself naked in the mirror. We use psychometrics at the beginning to help people to develop a better understanding of areas that they need to develop.

360 Feedback

Based on the simple premise that everyone will have an opinion on the capabilities of ‘the management’. Our online 360 is a simple, but powerful way of collecting constructive and meaningful feedback from people around you.

Individual Action Plan

People get frustrated when they turn up to ‘management courses’ with no idea of why they’ve been sent or what they’re expected to do with any learning. We developed the Individual Action Plan to publicly commit to change and address these frustrations. We review progress during every single workshop.

Coaching

Choose the issue, choose the coach and choose the time. Each person is put at the heart of our coaching approach. All we ask is that they pick something that is relevant to the programme and relevant to their Individual Action plan.

Presentation

Why did you start the programme? What are your successes? What issues remain? What are your next steps? At the end of the programme we ask people to consider these four simple questions and feedback to their peers (and sometimes their boss too). A chance to celebrate, reflect and end the programme in style!
