Business Support Assistant

We're a busy, dynamic company running multiple projects at any one time. We're looking for someone to join the team on a part-time basis who is happy to hit the ground running and get stuck in. You'll have an amazing eye for detail, great communication skills, and be confident using the MS Office suite of programmes and working with online systems.
This role would suit someone looking for around 15-20 hours a week over 3-5 days.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in all activities
  • Supporting internal and external programmes
  • Preparing training materials
  • Managing online systems
  • Keeping records up to date
  • Liaising with clients
  • Assist in managing the office with regards to organisation, stationary, orders, administration, filing, mail, etc
  • Using a range of software packages



  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Must be self motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Must be flexible and responsive to demands
  • Knowledge of business systems and procedures, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
