We are ILM accredited and we can provide ILM Development Award certification on behalf of the consortium for participants in both the Leadership for Growth and Leadership Essentials programmes. In addition, The Leadership Factory is an ILM Approved Centre and thus has the further capability to deliver fully audited ILM leadership qualifications. Approved Centre status ensures that on behalf of the consortium we have robust and demonstrable systems and processes. This ensures that we will deliver effective and efficient management at programme and individual participant levels.
